Education

The COPAS of Colorado Education Committee’s mission is to initiate, develop, encourage, support and disseminate educational programs for the energy industry.

In addition to planning and presenting the annual Education Day program, the Education Committee has several responsibilities to the chapter each year.

• Coordination of technical sessions (this generally means making certain each committee is providing a session for the year),
• Promotion of the COPAS of Colorado higher education scholarships and selection of recipients,
• Promotion of APA exam (we do not administer the test but are trying to foster awareness), and
• Tracking of CPE for qualifying committee meetings, technical sessions and Education Day.
